Etcetera Art Trading was founded by Mr. Zipho D. Ngema, an architectural practitioner with a background in architectural design, technical documentation, and project coordination across residential, commercial, and industrial work.
The practice was established in 2016 with the aim of delivering architecture that is clear in intent, technically resolved, and aligned with regulatory and construction realities. Emphasis is placed on disciplined planning, buildable detailing, and professional accountability through the design process.
The practice operates on the principle that strong architectural outcomes are achieved through clarity of leadership, structured decision-making, and respect for the architectural process - from early concept through council approval and construction documentation.
